Dream Bigger, and Never Give Up.
When I was a kid, the only thing I wanted to be in the future was being a doctor. Particularly, a surgeon.
I used to read plenty of books about medicine and health, and somehow I was too curious that I wanted to see internal organs of a human being. Now I found it is a little bit disgusting......remembering the red blood -- you know what I mean right? Hehe. And certainly I started to think that being a doctor is not that easy, and your patients will surely depend on you. You will meet deaths. Aaaand in my opinion, this would be more frustrating than other jobs.
Still, an idea to be a doctor is still on my mind right now. But now I don't want to be a surgeon -- maybe pediatrician or nutritionist.
Entering junior high school, I interested in visual arts, graphic design. My older cousin chose to take graphic design major, and this inspired me a lot. It would be more enjoyable if you are able to have a career based on your hobby, wouldn't it?
However, as I entered senior high school, that idea fades slowly, changing to a strong ambition, to enter science major in my high school. I think, I would be a doctor that time.
I am still unsure about this plan, considering the fact that I should deal with the internship in isolated villages down there for a long period of time before I can work as a doctor. And also, dealing with human's lives.
So I choose to inquire for Le Cordon Bleu Australia...culinary management. Seems more suitable to me.
And of course, IELTS is required. I need score of nothing below 6.0. At first, this feels really difficult. I should take English course outside the school, intensively learn for IELTS examination. Until the test day, I think I would get lower than 6.0. But guess how much I've got! I got 6.5 overall, 7.5 for listening section, 7 for reading, 6.0 for writing and speaking. Pretty well I think...I feel more confident about my English skills although these scores are just in average level for some people :)
Now I need to pass national exam in the next year 2013! Wish me luck.
